Pirate Ship Adventure!!!!

Yes, we bought our children guns and swords - so much for non-violence toys.  When you are in the pirate moment....:)

BJ and I had a final surprise for Addie at the end of the trip.  We had seen a pirate ship out in the ocean and did a google search - found out that this company did pirate ship adventure cruises around San Diego each day.  We booked a cruise and invited BJ's brother Dustin along since he is stationed at Camp Pendleton which is about 1 hr away.  It was soooo much fun!  You felt like you were in a movie!  There were great costumes, cannons that shot water, opportunities for the kids to sweep the deck or search for treasure, real rum for the parents, and a treasure chest full of gold coins that was brought in from the ocean!!!!  Everyone had a great time and it was a fantastic way to end this family vacation :)
